What We Will Do For You
- In all rooms the baseboards, light fixtures, furniture, window sills, blinds, and décor are dusted, cobwebs removed, glass surfaces cleaned, wastebaskets emptied, cloth furniture is vacuumed and floors are vacuumed and mopped.
- In the bathrooms we clean showers, tubs, and sinks inside and out, scrub toilet, including bowl, seat, lid, tank and base, clean, dry, and shine all mirrors, glass, chrome and tile, damp-wipe cabinet fronts, clean all shelves, fixtures, and items on vanity, mop floors.
- In the kitchen we clean, dry, and shine all appliance surfaces, range hood, and sinks. We clean stove drip pans, burner grates, and control knobs, wash counter tops, damp-wipe cupboard fronts, table, and chairs, clean microwave oven inside and out, and mop floors.
- We will even make your beds if you strip them and leave out clean linens.
The recurring clean is designed for the home owners that don’t have much time on their hands to tend to the chores of cleaning. If you are a home owner and single, married, married with children or have roommates and your time is limited because of day to day activities that keep you all too busy, this cleaning service is for you. We will clean the areas that you don’t normally touch as you clean. Depending on size and condition of the home; the clean is initially scheduled between 2 and 3.5 hrs. If the clean goes over the allotted time, the hourly rate $85/hour with 2 cleaners, $120/hour with 3 cleaners, and $150/hour with 4 cleaners.
** This service cannot be used for post construction or commercial cleanings. The recurring service prices cannot be used as a one-time cleaning. All first time customers that wish to have recurring service will be charged the one-time or deep cleaning price for the respective size home.
**Depending on condition of home; allotted cleaning time may or may not go over.
**Number of cleaners for any type of clean could vary depending on availability.
**Upon arrival of any deep or post construction clean, if the condition of the home or facility is worse than described or alluded to, price is subject to increase.
