Let Us Help You Catch Up On Cleaning Your Home
The occasional cleaning is designed for the home owners that don’t have much going on in their household.
If you are a home owner and you’re single, married, married with children or have roommates and you already keep your home fairly clean; this cleaning service is for you. We will clean the areas that you don’t normally touch as you clean. This service is 2.5 or 3.5 hours of cleaning and if the cleaning is over the allotted time, the additional charge is $60/hr.
What We Will Do For You
- In all rooms the baseboards, light fixtures, furniture, window sills, blinds, and décor are dusted, cobwebs removed, glass surfaces cleaned, wastebaskets emptied, cloth furniture is vacuumed and floors are vacuumed and mopped.
- In the bathrooms we clean showers, tubs, and sinks inside and out, scrub toilet, including bowl, seat, lid, tank and base, clean, dry, and shine all mirrors, glass, chrome and tile, damp-wipe cabinet fronts, clean all shelves, fixtures, and items on vanity, mop floors.
- In the kitchen we clean, dry, and shine all appliance surfaces, range hood, and sinks. We clean stove drip pans, burner grates, and control knobs, wash counter tops, damp-wipe cupboard fronts, table, and chairs, clean microwave oven inside and out, and mop floors.
- We will even make your beds if you strip them and leave out clean linens.
** This service cannot be used for post construction or commercial cleanings. The recurring service prices cannot be used as a one-time cleaning. All first time customers that wish to have recurring service will be charged the one-time or deep cleaning price for the respective size home.
