Your price comes from the square footage and whether the home is one or two stories, as shown in the table above. One-story homes start at $349.99 and two-story homes at $449.99, with the 25% discount already taken off.
Each clean has an allocated time. Should yours need more, each extra hour costs $100 with 2 cleaners, $150 with 3, or $200 with 4. Seniors and military members receive a discount, and a virtual instant estimate gives you a real price without an in-home visit.
